The front of the travel suitcase is made of polycarbonate (PC), while the back is made of durable ABS, which guarantees not only protection but also aesthetic quality at the highest level.

The Laabs Art Gallery is located in Germany, near Berlin, but the production of the suitcases takes place in the UK and the USA. The ArtVoyager Pro travel suitcases are manufactured and shipped in the UK for deliveries in Europe and in the USA for deliveries in the USA and Canada. Production and shipping always take place from the nearest location to the delivery address in order to reduce the CO2 footprint and support our commitment to environmental sustainability. We attach great importance to environmentally friendly actions, and our production and logistics processes are designed to minimize CO2 emissions.
Delivery times and shipping conditions Our delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Production and shipping time We will inform you as soon as the product has been shipped. Once the order is received, the printer prints the motif you have chosen and produces the suitcase with this motif (the suitcase is assembled and the motif is added), ensuring a unique and personalized product.
Packaging The travel case is packed in a cardboard box.
Return Policy Since each travel suitcase is made to order and according to the motif you have chosen, it is treated as a personalized product or craft. For this reason, returns are only possible if the product was damaged during transport or does not correspond to the order. Please check your order carefully before placing it. The quality of the suitcases is checked before shipping, so we ask you to note any damage during transport on the delivery note and to inform us of any discrepancies during delivery within 3 days of receipt.
