What is the ArtMaster Affiliate Program?

How can I join the affiliate program?
- To join, fill out the registration form on our website. Once approved, you will get access to your affiliate dashboard. Register now ->

How does the commission system work?
- You will receive a commission for every sale made through your affiliate link. The base commission is 5% and increases up to 17% depending on the number of sales made. Learn more ->
Can I earn commissions from recommended partners?
- Yes, you will receive 10% of the commissions of the second tier partners, 1% of the commissions of the third tier partners and 0.1% of the commissions of the fourth tier partners.
Do I also earn from the sales of partners in the 3rd, 4th and 5th levels?
- Yes absolutely. You always earn your own commission as well as 10% of the 2nd level partner's commission. This in turn earns its own commission as well as 10% of the commission of its 2nd level partner. This means that you will receive 10% of the commission earned by your 2nd level partner as well as 10% of their commission from their 2nd level partner.
When and how are the commissions paid?
- The commissions are paid once a month by the 5th day of the month for the previous month, provided that the minimum commission amount of 50 euros is reached.

How can I promote products?
- You can promote our products on your website, blog, social media, email and chats like WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Skype. You can copy images and descriptions of the products from our shop.
Can I use marketing materials?
- Yes, we offer personalized marketing materials, including product catalogs, images in PNG and JPG formats, and specially prepared banners and links. We make them available to partners after registration. We'll give you a Dropbox link where you can find the promotional materials.

Do you offer training for partners?
- Yes, we offer free training to help you better understand our products, target customers and best advertising methods. The training courses are conducted online and on site in Eberswalde near Berlin. It would be good if you could visit us sometime to know what you offer. However, it is not necessary, at least not at first. However, we warmly invite you to visit our gallery and look at the pictures and products up close.
Do I have to buy a starter package?
- No, you don't have to. But we offer a 50% discount on the purchase of a starter pack so that you can get to know our products better. You can also wait and finance your purchases from the commissions you earn.
- What's in the starter pack? What you think is appropriate and what you could use . We'll give you a 50% discount on the starter pack, and you choose what's in it. The 50% discount applies to purchases worth 50-4000 euros for which you pay 25-2000 euros. However, it is up to you to decide whether you want to take advantage of this offer or not.

How can I generate an affiliate link?

How can I track my commissions and sales?
- You can find all information about your commissions and sales in your affiliate dashboard. There you can also monitor the activities of recommended partners.
What should I do if I have a technical problem?
- If you encounter any technical issues, contact our support via WhatsApp or visit our contact page.

Can I negotiate commission rates for larger orders?
- Yes, it is possible to negotiate commission rates for larger orders. Contact our team to discuss the details.
What rules and conditions apply to the affiliate program?
- You can find the detailed rules and conditions on our website in the "Rules and Conditions" section. Make sure you read them before you start collaborating.
Can I conclude a contract that also guarantees me commissions from sales generated directly in your gallery, without the involvement of the online shop?
- Naturally. For individuals and companies, we offer cooperation agreements that guarantee commissions for recommended customers. In such cases, we sign individual commercial representation contracts. Your affiliates don't know that you receive a commission. Simply inform us which customer you sent to us. We check whether they are not already our customer, and if not, we enter them into our CRM system that they are a customer you recommended. You receive a commission when your customer makes a purchase in our gallery.

Why don't my partners see their orders in the dashboard?
- By default, partners only see orders with the status “Paid”. To change this, go to Settings > General > Partner Order Status Visibility and enable the order statuses you want to be visible in the partner dashboard.
What tracking methods are available?
- You can track your partners via email, link, voucher and QR code. This allows for easy management and monitoring of partner activities.
Can I receive commissions in the form of gift cards?
- Yes, we allow partners to pay with store gift cards, which is a convenient option. You decide whether you want to receive a transfer to your account, a payment to your PayPal account or a gift card.
How can I manage and measure my partners' performance?
- You can manage partner accounts and revenue individually and view detailed statistics on leads, traffic, sales and performance in the dashboard.
